ZERO-ICHI PTY LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information through our website and when handling enquiries received through it.
This policy applies to the ZERO-ICHI website and related enquiries. It does not cover the websites or services of other businesses.

We collect personal information that you provide through our enquiry form or related correspondence. This may include:

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit bank account details, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.

4. Access and service providers / 情報へのアクセス・外部サービスの利用
Access within our organisation is limited to authorised personnel who need the information for enquiry handling, sales, administration or management.
We use Studio’s form service. Form submissions are processed through Studio, saved in our Studio dashboard and sent to our designated email address.
We may also make information available to website, email and IT service providers where reasonably necessary to operate these services, and to professional advisers where needed. We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.

5. Overseas storage and processing / 海外での保存・処理
Our service providers may store, process or access personal information outside Australia.
Studio has advised that form submission data is stored and processed on Google Cloud Platform servers in Japan and the United States. Service providers involved in delivering Studio’s services may also process relevant information overseas.
The locations used by our email and other IT providers depend on their services and configurations and may include countries outside Australia.

6. Website analytics / アクセス解析
We use Studio Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our website. It collects information such as page URLs, referral sources, browser and device information, visitor identifiers and project identifiers. Studio Analytics does not use cookies.
If we introduce additional analytics or tracking services, we will update this policy as appropriate.
当サイトでは、利用状況の把握とサイト改善のためにStudio Analyticsを使用しています。ページのURL、参照元、ブラウザ・端末情報、ビジター識別子、プロジェクト識別子などが取得されます。Studio AnalyticsはCookieを使用しません。

7. Security and retention / 安全管理・保存期間
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle enquiries, manage ongoing business or employment relationships, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. An ongoing relationship does not mean that every item of information must be retained indefinitely.
When information is no longer needed and retention is not legally required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it. Copies held in backups may remain until they are overwritten or deleted through the relevant backup lifecycle.

8. Access, correction and deletion requests / 情報の確認・訂正・削除のご依頼
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or to request its deletion.
We may need to verify your identity. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law. We may need to retain certain information for legal or other legitimate purposes. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason, where appropriate.
